Fortune & Finance will open a college-length programme in 2028. Upon completion, graduates receive a diploma. Those who continue may sit a fifth year — and become eligible to work for the school.
The diploma
Four years.
A structured course of study, not a content subscription. The diploma is awarded at the end of the fourth year. It is a credential of this academy — earned in the rooms, under the faculty, to the standard of the founders.
The graduate year
One year more.
We hire from within. The fifth year exists so that a graduate may become a colleague. Complete a concentration and you become eligible for a paid post in that department. The academy does not recruit its staff from the street.
The Masters Program
You graduate ready to sit the microphone.
The Masters Program teaches you to call trades properly and to speak on the live desk — clearly, calmly, and with a thesis you can defend. On the day you graduate you hold every tool required to fulfil your duty as a mentor. Mentorship is a salaried post, and the first rank on the path to professor.

Sales
Membership, placement, and the standard of how this school speaks to the outside. Graduates may be hired onto the sales floor.
Moderation
The care of the rooms: tone, safety, and the discipline of a private community. Graduates may join the moderation staff.
Engineering
The systems that keep the academy running. Graduates may be offered a role on the engineering team.
Bot development
Automation, tooling, and the machines that support the desk. Graduates may be hired to build for the school.

The diploma is not open today. Membership of the academy is the present door. Those who sit the rooms now will be first in line when the college opens.
